• Schools are responsible for all activities conducted under their accounts.
• Sharing credentials or allowing unauthorized access is prohibited.
• Any suspicious or unauthorized activity must be reported immediately.

4. Data Ownership

All academic and administrative data belongs to the respective school. MySchool123 acts solely as a data processor and does not claim ownership of user data.

5. Subscription, Pricing & Payments

MySchool123 operates on a subscription-based model. All fees are payable in advance and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

• Prices, plans, and features may be revised, increased, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
• Active subscriptions remain valid until expiry.
• Revised pricing applies to new purchases and renewals.
• Payment does not guarantee approval, activation, or continuation of any school account.

6. Discounts & Eligibility

Any discounts including rural, promotional, or special offers are conditional and subject to verification.

• Valid supporting documents must be submitted upon request.
• Failure to provide documents may result in suspension or termination.
• Misuse of discounts will lead to immediate account deactivation.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy. Payments shall be treated as non-refundable in cases of policy violations, account misuse, duplicate registrations, or discount misuse.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Account sharing or impersonation
• Creating duplicate or fake school accounts
• Unauthorized data access or manipulation
• Uploading malicious or harmful content
• Any activity harming platform integrity

9. Account Suspension & Termination

MySchool123 reserves full authority to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any school or user account at any time, with or without notice, if suspicious, fraudulent, or policy-violating activity is detected.

Accounts created by previously suspended schools using same or different details may be terminated without refund.

10. Service Modification

We may modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is”. MySchool123 shall not be liable for data loss, service interruptions, third-party failures, or user negligence.
